Terms of Service
wardogs.tech is a community-built companion for the game Wardogs: a shared tactical map, war rooms for squads, a dashboard for people who run Wardogs servers, and a Discord app that opens the map inside a voice channel. Using any of it means you agree to these terms.
Who we are, and who we are not
wardogs.tech is unofficial. It is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Bulkhead, Team17 or anyone else behind Wardogs. Map imagery and game names belong to their owners and appear here so the tool is useful to players; if a rights holder asks, they come down.
Your account
You sign in with Discord. We store the Discord id, display name and avatar Discord gives us, and nothing you did not authorise. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can sign out everywhere, or delete the account, from the account page at any time.
Registering a game server
When you register a Wardogs server you confirm that you run it or have its operator's permission. The dashboard acts on that server with the credentials you give it: kicks, bans, map changes, configuration. Every action is logged with the name of the person who took it. You, not wardogs.tech, are responsible for how your community moderates its servers.
What you post
Notes, ban reasons, evidence screenshots and clip links, map drawings and event text are yours and your community's. Do not post anything you have no right to share, anything that identifies a private person beyond their in-game presence, or anything that harasses, threatens or demeans someone. Staff of a community see that community's notes and evidence; nobody else does.
Acceptable use
Do not use wardogs.tech to cheat, to attack or overload the service or anyone's game server, to impersonate another person or community, or to scrape or resell its data. The public demo is a shared test server: treat it as a room with other people in it.
Availability and warranty
This is a free tool built by players in their own time. It is provided as is, with no promise that it will be available, accurate or free of faults. Wardogs itself changes; features that depend on the game's server API can stop working when it does. To the extent the law allows, wardogs.tech is not liable for any loss arising from its use or unavailability.
Ending things
We can suspend or remove an account, a community or a server registration that breaks these terms, and we can change or shut down any part of the service. You can leave at any time by deleting your account.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance of the new terms.
